4. Billing and Payments
Services may be subscription-based, invoiced, or quoted on a case-by-case basis
Payment is due as outlined in your agreement or subscription plan
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled in writing before the next billing cycle
Late or failed payments may result in paused services
Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion
5. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All systems, templates, logos, content, and intellectual property created or provided by RGS are the sole property of RGS. Clients may not replicate, resell, or redistribute without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
RGS is not liable for:
Loss of data, revenue, or opportunities resulting from use of our services
Delays, interruptions, or third-party platform failures
Business outcomes that result from marketing or automation results
Total liability is limited to the amount paid to RGS within the 30 days prior to a claim.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
You violate these Terms
You abuse or misuse the platform
Payment is not received
You may cancel your services by notifying us in writing at any time.
8. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
